What does one Sniff include?

Up to 10 verified matches, plus résumé and cover-letter preparation for those jobs. Availability depends on your preferences and current inventory. Review every job and document before applying.

How do charges and retries work?

Each new JobSnout Credits Sniff costs 1,000 credits. Automatic document recovery adds no extra JobSnout credit charge. Connected providers may charge for each AI attempt, including retries.

When a search returns no verified matches, its reserved JobSnout credits are returned. Document preparation after matches are delivered does not automatically reverse the Sniff charge. Credit restoration returns credits to your balance; it is separate from a cash refund. Contact Support if your balance looks wrong.

Does my chat subscription cover API usage?

A consumer chat subscription is separate from the API access used by JobSnout. Check your connected provider’s API quota, pricing, and billing settings. JobSnout Credits are used only inside JobSnout.

What about Premium?

Premium is planned as an optional monthly subscription with extra convenience and higher Sniff limits. Pricing, allowances, and availability will be announced before subscriptions open. Premium is coming soon; manual downloads remain available on Standard.

What is saved, and what happens if I delete my account?

Generated résumés and cover letters are kept for 90 days, with up to five versions of each document per application. Source uploads stay until you delete them. Account deletion forfeits remaining credits and removes your account data. Cancel Premium renewal before account deletion.
